Peter Brightman - Managing Director and Chief Executive

Peter a former professional drummer has over twenty five years’ unrivalled experience across an exceptionally wide field of the entertainment industry.

Among the innumerable great artists and companies he has personally presented or contracted for clients are Sir Elton John, Rod Stewart, Neil Diamond, REM, Luciano Pavarotti, Jose Carreras, Placido Domingo, Shakira, Beyonce Knowles, Phil Collins, Mariah Carey, Lionel Richie, Billy Joel, Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, Bryan Adams, Bolshoi Opera & Ballet, Kirov Opera conducted by Valery Gergiev, Kirov Ballet, St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra, English National Opera, Royal National Theatre, Royal Ballet, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, Jessye Norman, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie Orchestra, Musicals such as West Side Story, CATS, STOMP, Tito Puento, Celia Cruz, Oscar Peterson, Tom Waits, Joe Cocker and a host of others.

Lisa Pearce - Personal Assistant to the CEO and Event Coordinator.

Lisa Pearce became PA to Peter Brightman in September 2002. In addition to Lisa’s role as PA, she has acted as event coordinator for many leading concerts and events throughout the world including working with Luciano Pavarotti, Lionel Richie and the Notting Hill Carnival in Qatar, Enrique Iglesias in Damascus, Deep Purple, Bryan Adams & Jose Carreras in Bergen, Norway, Kylie Minogue & Elton John in Moscow, Jose Carreras at Clifton College, Bristol, The Summer Wave Festival, Guernsey, Lionel Richie in Cannes and many others.

Lisa continues to work alongside Peter Brightman and Dave Fowler on their extensive international programming.

Dave Fowler - Head of International Business

Dave is a graduate of Sheffield University (French-Spanish), and also studied at Universite Laval (Quebec) and lectured at the UPTC in Boyaca, Colombia.

During this time, Dave also worked as a semi-professional trombonist, and appeared on the BBC's Young Musician of the Year.

Dave has worked for over 15 years in the international media industry, holding key international marketing and business development roles at Walt Disney Television International, Carlson Marketing Group, Universal Studios Networks, BSkyB and Ministry of Sound Media.

Sarah Whitmarsh – Production Manager

Sarah joined the Women’s Royal Army Corps direct from school. After four and a half years in the armed forces, Sarah joined Arista Records and began a career in music and production. Moved to Karibiner Inc as House Manager working with clients such as Coca Cola, Shell & British Airways on commercials, product launches and corporate events. Took time off to be a Mum and raise a family until 1998 when Sarah joined the flag ship radio station of the Wireless Group in the Midlands – handling up to 30 events each month – the major concert by Westlife was the starting point of her full time production management.

Joined Creative in February 2006 and worked on concerts with Billy Joel, The Who, George Michael, Bryan Adams, Enrique Iglesias, Ronan Keating, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shakira, Meatloaf and Rod Stewart


CEG Agency & Management:

Mark Cowan - Senior Booking Agent.

Mark graduated from Westminster University in 2001 with a degree in business management.

He was head hunted by Paul Fitzgerald while working as a production assistant at the Football Charity Shield in Cardiff.

He then went on to join Concorde International Artists as a youth marketing analyst, and within a year was a fully fledged agent, with acts including Rachel Stevens and Myleene Klass on his books.

In 2003, Mark joined forces with Paul, and together they developed an extremely successful roster of acts.

Mark joined Creative in October 2006, and has already worked with top artists such as Westlife, Lionel Richie and Will Young.


Creative Visual Media:

Karl Woolley – Managing Director, CVM

Karl is a drama and theatre graduate of Manchester Polytechnic School of Theatre. He has worked extensively as an actor, director and presenter in theatre and television. In recent years he has worked as a producer of television specialising in children’s programmes.

Following the formation of Tell-Tale Productions in 1994, Karl became Managing Director of the Company in 1999. He managed the company through two series of “Fun Song Factory”, 390 episodes of Tweenies, 104 episodes of Boo, the first series of BB3B and several major national arena tours. He worked very closely with BBC Worldwide on launching the Tweenies brand which is now on air in over 60 countries. He successfully implemented new strategic and business directives for the Tell-Tale which assisted in building Tell-Tale Productions into one of the UK’s biggest independents and the second largest children’s independent producer in the UK.

Following Entertainment Rights' acquisition of the Tell-Tale Group in September 2004, Karl left in March ’05 to write and produce a number of new children’s and family television formats for UK broadcast and foreign distribution. Since June ’05 he has been working for Lion Television on a freelance basis helping to establish its links in children’s television and is now delighted to be heading up its new children’s and family division as a permanent member of staff from March ’06.

Karl is an active member of the BAFTA children’s committee and a trustee of the London Children’s Ballet. He lives in Queens Park, London, with his wife, Jane and two sons, Charlie and Eddie. He has recently acquired a Lakeland Terrier called Harry who also works extensively in the television business.

Charlie Stretton – Project Co-ordinator

Charlie joined Creative in January 2007 to assist Karl Woolley by using her specialist background in licensing, merchandising and retail to pursue business opportunities in the Creative Visual Media Division.

She has brought with her significant experience in TV Production having worked for LWT as a Production Assistant on programmes such as SMTV, An Audience with Kylie Minogue, The British Comedy Awards and The World Cup.

After a short stint at Lion Television she moved to Universal Studios to be their Marketing & Creative Coordinator working on licensing campaigns, which include King Kong and Scarface.

Charlie is delighted to be assisting Karl Woolley whom she met whilst working on the Boo licensing campaign. Working along side Karl for Creative is an exciting new challenge.


Creative Group- Music Publishing Team:

Denis Ingoldsby - Executive Director 

Producer, Writer, Publisher and Manager is most famous for discovering and launching the careers of artists such as Eternal, Louise, Dina Caroll, Tattoo, Michelle Gayle, Kelly Le Roc and The BodyRockers and for producing chart hits for the likes of Blazin Squad, Go West, Sugar Babes and Bad boys Inc, Atomic Kitten and Girls Aloud.

Dennis joins the Creative Entertainment Group Publishing bringing with him a huge catalogue of worldwide publishing and artist repertoire.

Jacqui Lubin - Executive Assistant

Head hunted by American DJ/ Producer Todd Terry to manage the Radio promotions department for his joint ventured independent record label with Ministry of Sound and Big Management NYC.

In 2000 Jacqui joined Eddie Gordon to head the dance promotions department at Neo Records and Black and Blue Music and from there to Promotions manager for his sister company DJinthemix.com - a digital download promotional service and one of the most forward thinking concepts for music promotion to date. 

Marked success in both roles culminated in the role of sales consultant for Music2Mix a revolutionary music promotion company that promotes new pre-release music and now as Executive Assistant to Denis at Creative Entertainment Music Publishing 


Finance:

Paul Robson – Financial Controller

After leaving School Paul started out as a trainee accountant in Hull, before moving to Thames Valley University to study. Upon returning to Hull, Paul worked as a company accountant for a start up company where he set up their whole accounting system. After three years and with the company increasingly successful, Paul wanted a new, significant challenge and moved to Kardan NV as company accountant. Kardan NV is a listed, investment company based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.  Kardan’s main business activities are in Real Estate, Financial Services and Infrastructure based mainly in Central and Eastern Europe. After five years with Kardan, Paul again wanted a new challenge, which brought him to Creative Entertainment as the Financial Controller.

Poppy Roth – Assistant Financial Controller

Educated at Gordonstoun and Kingston University, where poppy studied Architecture and History of Art. Poppy has acted as a Company Secretary and for two years ran her own company within the hotel industry. Poppy’s experience in accounting and the leisure industry attracted her to Creative Entertainment Group in 2005.


Creative Entertainment USA:

Sharon Kim-Dion- President - CEG USA.

Sharon Kim-Dion based in New York is a highly respected artistic manager. Sharon is an MA and BA in Political Philosophy and English Literature. She began her artistic career with the Philadelphia Orchestra as an Associate Director of Education and Community Relations. She was appointed in 1999 as Director of Education and Music with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.

The great operatic diva Jessye Norman asked Sharon to become her Concert Manager and Sharon became the world-wide manager of Miss Norman contracting performances on four continents.

In the summer 2001 Sharon Kim-Dion was appointed Vice President and Artist Manager of Columbia Artists Management in New York – during her three year tenure Sharon represented and contracted some of the greatest names in the performing arts as well negotiating recording contracts with illustrious companies such as Deutsche Grammophon, Sony/BMG and Universal

Today, Sharon is President of Creative Entertainment Group in New York. She acts as an advisor to Festivals, Theatres and leading Artists.
